New construction of a parking garage in Cartersville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage.
The Project consists of the construction of parking deck on grade with two elevated levels The complete construction is outlined in the Construction Documents and the Project Manual as prepared by CARTER WATKINS ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, INC. Contracting shall be by means of a General Contractor for Construction between one General Contractor and the Bartow County Government. This Project occurs adjacent another on-going project and General Contractors are to coordinate all construction activities as to not interfere with either project. Notify Architect and Owner of any conflicts. Claims for Delays arising from adjacent project. The site work will include demolition, clearing, grubbing, and rough grading. Confine operations to areas within Construction limits to be indicated. The County will prepare the site for building pad. Contractor is responsible for final grading at building pad and sidewalk locations only. The contractor shall be responsible for routing all utilities to approximately 15 feet from exterior of building, excluding perimeter and downspout drains, and connecting to County provided utilities.
