Renovation of a water / sewer project in Aloha, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project will include a seismically-resilient, two-story pump station building (approximately 30 feet by 37 feet) which includes installation of booster pumps, telemetry, controls, fluoride and chlorine booster station improvements, emergency standby generator, connection to City water transmission mains (36-inch and 24-inch), civil site work, electrical design, instrumentation and controls, mechanical, and plumbing. Additionally, approximately up to 150 lineal feet (LF) of 36-inch CCP water main replacement with welded steel pipe and a meter vault (with an owner supplied 30-inch meter) is to be installed near Cornelius Pass Rd. within an existing utility easement. Deadline for Submission of Questions April 12, 2024, 5:00pm All questions regarding this project shall be directed through the Question and Answer section of this solicitation in OpenGov The total construction budget for the Project is estimated at approximately $6,000,000 to be completed under one GMP The City of Beaverton reserves the right to: A. Reject any or all proposals not in compliance with public bidding procedures. B. Postpone award of the contract for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from date of proposal opening.
