TVF&R - Station 62 - Bid Package One (All Scopes) A new, two-story, Type VB construction 15,295 SF Fire Station for Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue will be built on a previously undeveloped site. The project is located at 1929 SW 185th Ave., Aloha, OR 97006. It is Highly Encouraged and Expected That Subs Examine the Site and Road Conditions for Their Work and Access to the Site Ahead of Bidding. Bidders Must Complete and Submit With Their Response the Appropriate Bid Form Included in the Package of Documents for This Solicitation. Failure to Do So, or to Submit an Incomplete Bid, Will Likely Cause Bid to Be Deemed Non-responsive and Thus Rejected. All Bidders Must Clearly Outline Their Ability, Capacity, and Associated Cost to Furnish Payment and Performance Bonds Covering the Faithful Performance of the Subcontract and the Payment for All Obligations Arising Hereunder.
