All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of this project. The estimate of probable cost for this project is $750,000.00. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. FAILURE TO SUBMIT A PROPER BID GUARANTEE WILL AUTOMATICALLY INVALIDATE THE BID. Successful bidder will be required to post an acceptable Performance Bond in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. If successful bidder fails to enter into a proper contract or defaults in any portion of his bid, the bid guarantee shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. Bid guaranties of unsuccessful bidders will be returned following award of bid. The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio in accordance with all provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Ohio, ORC Sections 4115.03 and 4115.16 and related requirements.
