Clark County Courthouse Renovation Project The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio in accordance with all provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Ohio, ORC Sections 4115.03 and 4115.16 and related requirements. The apparent successful bidder on any contract exceeding $100,000.00 requiring prevailing wages must submit its two most recent financial statements that have been compiled, reviewed or audited by a licensed Certified Public Accountant within seven days after bid opening date and must certify compliance with the County's financial requirements/tests, a copy of which are included in the bid documents. The estimate of probable cost for this project is $11,700,000.00. The Board of County Commissioners of Clark County, Ohio Reserves The Right to Reject Any and All Bids; And the Board Also Reserves the Right To Waive Any Defect in a Bid Which Does Not Materially Alter the Bid Item.
