The project includes providing all labor, materials and equipment to complete the modifications to an existing dry aboveground stormwater management basin on the Boyertown Area Fire & Rescue / Liberty Fire Company (Berks County Station 95) property located at 962 N. Reading Avenue, Boyertown (Colebrookdale Township), PA 19512. This project includes providing all labor, materials and equipment to install proposed swales and stone check dams, regrade the existing basin, install amended soils, and install outlet structure modifications, cleanouts and underdrain piping. The project will also include diverting the existing stormwater inlets from the work area during construction, installing and maintaining all erosion and sediment controls (e.g., erosion control blankets, rock construction entrance, basin baffle, compost filter socks, silt fence, orange construction fence, and inlet protection), and restoration of all areas disturbed during the construction of the project.
