Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
As of October 4, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. This project includes the construction of a new salt storage shed for the Borough of Boyertown. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the above-specified date for receiving, opening, and reading of bids, except as specifically may be provided by law. All Contracts exceeding $10,000.00 shall be performed in compliance with Executive Order 11246, entitled, "Equal Employment Opportunity," as amended by Executive Order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60). In addition, all Contractors shall comply with the "Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Clause" as required by Pennsylvania Executive Order 2016-05. The qualification documentation listed in Article 3 in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with the bid. The Borough of Boyertown, Berks County, reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject anyor all bids, and to delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portion of items.
