The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Colebrookdale reserves the right to waive any informalities in, to reject any or all bids or any parts of bids, and to award the contract or any part of the contract as may be in the best interest of the Township of Colebrookdale. Sealed Proposals for Approximately: Contract #1 : 4161 SY - 4" 25mm 0<30ESALS PG-64-22 Select Base Repair to be completed in accordance with PUB 408 current edition. PA Prevailing Wages apply to contract #1. Contract #2: 5675 SY - construct Double Bituminous Seal Coat as per PUB 408 Sec. 470. Bituminous Price Adjustment as per Pub 408 Section 110.04. Bidders are required to be PennDOT prequalified for work specified. Proof of Prequalification is required with bid submittal.
