The project involves renovations to the existing Colebrookdale Township Municipal Building. Proposed improvements include removing and closing opening for double doors, creating a vestibule and second emergency exit, removing 2 wall air conditions and closing openings, and installing a window in office and building wall for second office with window opening. Question Deadline 08/02/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via PennBID. The Project includes building renovations to the meeting room and administrative area of the Township building. Construction shall be completed in accordance with the plans included in the contract documents. Scope of Work: Remove existing door and frame in the Township Meeting Room and close opening as shown on the detailed plans. Improve the area for the Township Secretary as shown on the detailed plans. Install a window in the front of the building for the Township Manager's office as shown on the detailed plans. Remove and close the opening where two wall unit air conditioners are currently in place as shown on the detailed plans
