The Contract generally consists of exterior and interior tank cleaning and inspection of 3 potable water storage tanks for a contact term of 5years. The Contract will also include exterior coating of each tank during the 5 year contract period. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one-hundred percent(100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days after the date of the Notice of Award. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bid sand to accept, either in whole or in part, any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests. The Borough also reserves the right to waive or permit the curing of any informalities or irregularities in a bid as permitted by law.
