A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include modernization of three (3), three-stop hydraulic passenger elevators with front and rear openings including new power units, controllers, car operating panels, car doors and door operators and other related elevator, electrical and fire alarm work In order to meet VET-B guidelines limiting group size, we are asking that attendees be limited to 2 per company and they RSVP their anticipated attendance to joe@hsaarchitects.com. If numbers warrant, there may be 2 groups scheduled to walk through at separate times. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
