Demolition of existing equipment and generator inside the existing pump station building, demolition and decommissioning of the existing dry pit, upgrades to existing wet well, installation of new pumps, supply and installation of a new generator and generator pad, as well as the installation of all valves, meters, fittings, and instrumentations as shown on the plans. Additional site work will include the installation of a new utility vault, new 60 eccentric flat top manhole, as well as a new fence. A new 48 manhole and approximately 55 LF of new sanitary sewer piping shall be installed connecting to the wet well. Additionally, new electrical and control panels and improvements shall be completed in accordance with the electrical plans. Work at other sites shall include a new wet well lid and hatches be installed at the N 4th Lift Station. The existing wet well is 11 ft diameter with steel hatches. The wet well cover would be replaced with a new concrete lid matching the dimensions of the existing lid. New aluminum hatches would be installed and shall match the same dimensions and locations of the existing hatches. The lid and hatches shall both be H20 rated. All work under this Contract must be substantially completed within 105 days of the Notice to Proceed. All work under this Contract must be substantially completed within 120 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed not withstanding days allotted for inclement weather in accordance with paragraph 12.03.C of the General Conditions.
