The Work Identified in This Contract Will Be Performed in Tillamook County, in the City of Rockaway Beach, on Beach Drive From Morgan St to Section Line St, Nedonna Ave Between Adah Hidy St and Section Line St, and on Geneva Ave Between Park St and Section Line St. The Project Consists of the Construction of New Water Mains and Includes Furnishing All Materials, Labor, Equipment, Supervision, and Testing for the Complete Construction of: Beach Dr: Approximately 4,000 Linear Feet of 8" C900 Pvc Water Main, Over 100 Water Service Connections and Service Pipe, Along With Associated Hydrant Assemblies, Blow Off Valves, and Air Release Valves as Shown on the Plans. Nedonna Ave: Approximately 3,300 Linear Feet of 8" Hdpe Hdd Water Main, Over 50 Water Service Connections and Water Service Pipe, Along With Associated Hydrant Assemblies, Blow Off Valves, and Air Release Valves as Shown on the Plans. Section Line St: Approximately 700 Linear Feet of 8" C900 Pvc Water Main Along With Associated Hydrant Assemblies, Blow Off Valves, and Air Release Valves as Shown on the Plans. Lake St Approximately 250 Linear Feet of C900 Pvc Water Main as Shown on the Plans. Bid Additive - Genevea Ave: 660 Linear Feet of 6" C900 Pvc Water Main, 9 Water Service Connections and Water Service Pipe, Along With Associated Hydrant Assemblies, Blow Off Valves, and Air Release Valves as Shown on the Plans. The Owner May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Bidding Procedures and Requirements and May, for Good Cause, Reject Any and All Bids Upon a Finding of the Owner That It is in the Public Interest to Do So. Question Deadline 02/09/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Bidder, Contractor, and Subcontractors Are Required to Be Registered With Construction Contractors Board. Bidder, Contractor and Subcontractors Are Not Required to Be Licensed Under Ors 468a.720 for Asbestos Abatement. Bid Security Executed in Favor of the Owner in the Amount Not Less Than 10% of the Total Amount of the Bid. Bid Security is to Be Forfeited as Fixed and Liquidated Damage Should the Bidder Neglect or Refuse to Enter Into a Contract and Provide Suitable Insurance Certificates; Bond and Other Required Documents for the Faithful Performance of the Work in the Event Bidder is Awarded the Contract. All Work Under This Contract Must Be Substantially Completed Within 180 Days of the Notice to Proceed.
