Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Shageluk, Alaska. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work:This project will consist of two phases.This project is to construct and install community-wide water and sewer services to 34 homes and 2 public buildings including bathroom and kitchen upgrades and decommission of outhouses, installation of 18 gravity sewer manholes and 13 flush hydrants, installation of a 65,000 gallon water storage tank and water treatment plant upgrades to water quality standards.Phasing is as indicated on sheets G-005 and G-006 of the plans. Phase 1 will be awarded will be awarded as part of the initial contract. Phase 2 is contingent on funding and may be awarded at the same time as phase 1 or December 2021.Award will be based on the total of Phase 1 and Phase 2.Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approximately $11,000,000-$13,000,000.The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 1 November 2022 A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidders maximum Bid price Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment ANTHC PROJECT NUMBER: AN-19-007
