ARRC (Alaska Railroad Corporation) Whittier CP 040 Switch Heat Power Install The ARRC Signal and Communications Department is pursuing the solicitation of installation services from a commercial provider. The primary goal of this solicitation is to provide for the installation of new conduits, conductor, and associated electrical equipment to provide power for a new rail switch heater and a pathway for a future fiber optic installation to CP040. This Scope of Work (SOW) issued by ARRC's Signal and Communications Department describes the goals expected to be achieved with regard to executing this installation. Estimated project amount : $50-100k Bids shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a cashier's check or an acceptable Bid Bond, a form of which is provided herein, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid price.
