Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Dale City, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project is a multi-phased construction project for the renovations and additions and related site work ("Renovation") of C. D. Hylton High School, 14051 Spriggs Road, Woodbridge, Virginia, 22193 as shown on Contract Documents prepared by RRMM Architects, dated 01-21-2021. The Work generally consists of Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Finishes renovations and new work in the existing 270,000 square feet school building and new building additions as indicated in the Construction Documents. Additions include the new Music Suite Addition / Band Room Entry Canopy and associated site work as well as the new Fitness Building and associated Fitness Building Site Work. Refer to Section 001010 Summary of Work for more specific project scope information. Equipment, furniture and furnishings indicatedshall be provided by The Contractor unless noted otherwise. Responsibility for maintenance of all existing erosion control devices, if provided under a separate contract, is included.
