Daemien Jones, Senior Buyer, 703.791.8740, jonesdj@pwcs.edu It is the intent of PWCS to make an award no later than May 24, 2021. Actual onsite work is to be scheduled and coordinated with the Project Manager. The site will be available for work completion during the hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work completion outside these hours shall be arranged through the Project Manager. The time in which the Contractor agrees to complete the work is of the essence of the contract. Substantial completion by July 19, 2021. Final project completion shall be completed no later than July 26, 2021.
