The Purpose and Intent of this Unsealed Invitation for Bid (UIFB) is to establish a firm-fixed price contract with one (1) qualified source to furnish, deliver and install a 30 inch x 30 inch x 10 inch 6 inch post-frame, metal skinned storage building for Prince William County Public Schools, herein referred to as PWCS, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. Actual on-site work is to be scheduled and coordinated with the Project Manager. The site will be available for work completion during the hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work completion outside these hours shall be arranged through the Project Manager. The time in which the Contractor agrees to complete the work is of the essence of the contract. Substantial completion by May 31, 2020. Final project completion shall be completed no later than June 15, 2020
