Renovation of a mixed-use development in Manassas, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.
As of 4/19/2021 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. The Work generally consists of the renovation of the Administration Area which includes the main office area, guidance area, clinic and associated spaces; and the removal of existing exterior windows and walls in order to install new aluminum storefront and associated renovation of affected spaces. Responsibility for maintenance of all existing erosion control devices, if provided under a separate contract, is included.
