Prince William County Schools is seeking a long term provider of lockdown window shades for all of our schools classrooms and designated offices window panels. All questions/requests for information must be submitted in writing, addressed to: Prince William County Schools Purchasing Office, ATTN: RFP No. R-JS-20023, 14715 Bristow Road, Manassas, VA 20112 and to be assured consideration, must be received prior to 4:00 PM, May 27, 2020. Questions must be submitted by email to Jerry E. Stokes, Contract Administrator (stokesje@pwcs.edu). After reviewing any questions/requests submitted, the PWCS Purchasing Office may issue an addendum to respond to items it deems necessary. Changes to this RFP will be made only by written addendum issued by the PWCS Purchasing Office. The initial term of this contract shall be from the date of award to June 30, 2021, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods, one year at a time, upon mutual written consent of the parties to the contract. Proposed prices shall remain firm for the initial term of the contract.
