Renovation of a mixed-use development in Manassas, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Description:Remove Existing Tank and Furnish and Install Above-Ground Fuel Tank- Independent Hill Contractor shall remove and dispose of an existing Ecovault 6,000 gallon 11 diameter, 14 long, concrete-jacketed gasoline aboveground storage tank, as well as supply and install one (1) new replacement 6,000-gallon aboveground, double-wall steel tank, as described below. The tank shall be manufactured in conformance with Underwriters Laboratories UL-2085 specifications and labeled as such. The Contractor shall have all work substantially completed no later than October 20, 2021 and shall have the tank fully operational and all punch list items completed for final completion date of no later than October 27, 2021.
