The initial term of this contract shall be from the Date of Award to December 31, 2026, with the option to renew for two (2) additional two-year periods, two years at a time, upon mutual written consent of the parties to the contract. Proposed prices shall remain firm for the initial term of the contract. Refer to Prices and Price Adjustments in the Special Terms and Conditions.
