The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified source(s) to establish multiple firm fixed fee, open ended contracts for Environmental and Industrial Hygiene Engineering Services to Prince William County Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as "PWCS") in accordance with the statement of needs, terms and conditions stated herein. As the Contract Administrators, the following individual, or his designee, shall serve as the interpreter of the conditions of the contract and shall use all powers under the contract to enforce its faithful performance.
