The Work generally consists of the replacement of approximately 8,175 square feet of existing roof with a modified bitumen membrane Request and deposit must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the bid opening date. Failure to do so will result in the Bidder not being able to submit a bid response. Documents will not be distributed until deposit is received. No partial sets will be issued. If shipment of documents is requested, Bidder shall be required to provide shipping directions with preferred vendor and account number. No electronic copies of Bidding Documents will be provided except for the electronic media provided as part of full complete set noted above. By submitting its deposit, Bidder agrees to provide copies of the Contract Documents only to those employees and potential subcontractors bidding on the Project and agrees that if it posts the drawings on any website, it shall be a secured website accessible only to those employees and subcontractors with a need to access the documents for bidding purposes. Contractor shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by PWCS to re-design the Project arising from such publication (e.g. to maintain school security).
