As of September 1, 2021, the City of Covington will re-solicit bids for this project at a later date. The original solicitation is preserved below for reference. Shortlist confirmed The City of Covington, KY is accepting proposals for Site Demolition & Salvage Services of the Former IRS Processing Center Building. Pursuant to KRS 45A.370, the use of competitive bidding is not practicable and specifications cannot be made sufficiently specific to permit award on the basis of either the lowest bid price or the lowest evaluated bid price. As such, evaluation and selection of the firm or firms will be in accordance with the evaluation criteria specified in this RFQ under the section entitled EVALUATION METHOD , which is found later in the instructions. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Questions Due Date: Feb 12th 2021, 4:30 PM EST
