**The anticipated start date is May and completion in June 2021.** Partial Roof Replacement - Catherine Dower Center. Consists of partial roof replacement and replacement of selected mechanical systems, including related electrical, HVAC and plumbing work. General bidders must be certified by DCAMM in Roofing.
