Renovation of a municipal facility in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade The work under this Contract consists of replacing all 277/480-volt electrical switchgear and associated equipment including electrical feed from supply transformer and new back up generator at WG+E Operations Center. Perform electrical power system studies and arc flash studies as denoted in enclosed documentation. Demolish and remove old equipment. Work performed will be based on a lump sum pricing identified by the description of the work as noted. Westfield Gas and Electric does not guarantee a minimum or maximum of work requested of the contractor, as the owner intends to augment its in house crews with contractor crews, as needed. Item quantities are estimated based on current strategic planned projects for the next year and anticipated run rates based on construction schedules
