The Project consists of providing new finish soffits on four existing buildings (base bid) and one existing building (Alternate No. 1), all typical, one-story, located on one site; also detail and finishing work associated therewith. The work is estimated to cost $85,045.00 (eighty-five thousand forty five dollars). Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L.c.149 26 to 27H inclusive.
