Site work and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Hill City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Construction work includes trades as outlined in the specifications index as required for the following project components: 1. Sitework and Remodel of existing 2500 sf Senior Center Building 2. Additions of 700 sf Public Restrooms, 800 sf Kitchen/Utility spaces, and 800 sf Meeting Room. Bid proposal must be made in duplicate on the form included in the bid documents. Any bid received after the closing time will not be opened. Other bids will be opened and read aloud. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 30 days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. Contract award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder.
