A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Hill City, SD (Owner) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) organizations (Proposers) for the construction of the following Project, and for related pre-construction and procurement CMAR services: Hill City WWTF Improvements Project The CMAR Contract will include the following services and Work: o Expansion of a wastewater treatment plant to a rated capacity of 0.5 MGD; preconstruction services and procurement services seeking qualified construction subcontractors for specified Work packages, including construction of: o New preliminary treatment with screening and grit removal, o New sequencing batch reactor, o New Clarifloculator, o New fuzzy filter, o New UV bank, o New electrical building and equipment, o Repair and replacement of existing process and electrical equipment, o Site work and related appurtenances, and; o Selective demolition of existing equipment. Owner anticipates that the CMAR's Contract Price will be approximately $11 to $15 million. The CMAR Contract has an expected construction start date of May 2026 and duration for construction of 36 months. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
