Hill City Fire Protection District is soliciting bids for a roof replacement located at 350 E Main Street, Hill City, SD 57745. The project is based on value engineering. Bidders must have at least 10 years' experience installing commercial roof systems, be certified by the chosen manufacturer, possess NEMO ES-1 certification, and the construction must be self-performed rather than subcontracted. The proposed roofing system must meet ASTM E84 Class A fire rating.
