Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hill City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As October 11, 2024, project was awarded to Dakota Asphalt, LLC with an awarded amount of $357,496.54. The Work shall be completed under one Contract and consists of all labor, skill and materials required to properly construct the Project. The Project generally consists of the following primary components: Approximately 267 ton of full depth patching and approximately 1079 ton to complete an 1.5 overlay of the Sunset Creek subdivision. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Forms provided and in accordance with the Bidding Documents. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed at City of Hill City - Main office, Hill City, SD. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or a bank draft drawn on a State or National Bank for five percent (5%) of the amount bid payable to City of Hill City or in lieu thereof a Bidders Bond executed by the Bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, payable to the City of Hill City, in a sum equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the Bid.
