However, it is strongly recommended that before preparing its bid, the bidder visits the indicated locations in order to become familiar with anything that may affect the services to be performed in any way. No claim due to ignorance of general and local conditions will be recognized by the CSSDM. The bidder cannot claim any compensation for the costs incurred for his travels. Period/deadline for completion : The work must be carried out within a period of two hundred and seven (207) calendar days from the start date of the work, provided for in Article 18. The calculation of this period ends on the date of receipt with reservation. This deadline includes public holidays and vacations, including construction holidays. The completion deadline must be met to allow use of the gymnasium and related premises from November 1st. The on-site work sequences must be respected to ensure safe and functional cohabitation.
