Site work and renovation of a civil project in Rosenberg, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Construction of one (1) 10,000-gallon steel ASME hydropneumatic tank including accessories; associated electrical and control work, protective coatings, piping, valves, and fittings; site work; hydro-mulch seeding, pressure testing; bacteriological testing; demolition of one (1) existing 10,000-gallon steel hydropneumatic tank including accessories; and all else specified in the construction drawings and contract documents necessary to construct, tie-in, and make for a complete and operable system. The project is located at 5320 Windrush Street in Fulshear, TX 77441 (Fort Bend County Key Map No. 522-P).The bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 calendar days from the date bids are open
