**As of April 12, 2021, this project has been awarded to Prior Lake Blacktop, Inc. in the amount of $432,483.25. Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 531 LIN FT Remove Concrete Curb and Gutter 2840 SQ YD Remove Bituminous Pavement 2185 CU YD Excavation - Common 332 CUYD Excavation - Subgrade 19660 SQ YD Subgrade Preparation 18226 SQ YD Full Depth Pavement Reclamation 12 SQ YD Concrete Pavement 3060 TON Bituminous Pavement 997 SQ FT Concrete Sidewalk 678 LIN FT Concrete Curb and Gutter The bids must be submitted on the Proposal Forms provided in accordance with the Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications as prepared by the City of Lakeville. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk of Lakeville and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, or certified check, or bid bond made payable to the City of Lakeville for five percent (5%) of the amount bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder fails to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Lakeville reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding and to accept the bid or bids which best serve the interests of the City.
