Site work and new construction of a museum in South Gate, California. Working plans call for the construction of a museum; and for site work for a museum.

Per the owner, as of February 3, 2022, an award has been made for this solicitation. The owner states that they have just completed schematic Design and are entering the CEQA phase. The owner states that construction is anticipated to begin in 2023/2024. The owner also states that this timing is subject to change. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. The San Gabriel & Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy (RMC) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for pre-construction/design phase construction management services for the Southeast Los Angeles Cultural Arts Center (Project). The site plan of the Project is located in the City of South Gate and unincorporated portions of Los Angeles County, California. The objective of this RFP is to select a Consultant that is best qualified to perform the work described in the RFP. The contract will be awarded to the best qualified Consultant whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the RMC, based on qualifications and proposed fees. The successful consultant may be awarded multi-year agreements on a fixed rate basis. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
