Description

Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Laurelton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.

Work included under this contract consists of the removal of six Bureau of Forestry dams. Dam removals will include earth excavation; removal of concrete, stone masonry and metalwork; silt removal; dewatering and diversion of water; implementation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures; site grading; and final landscaping. This is a Design-Build project. The Department's estimated range for this work is $5,000,000 to $20,000,000.
