ENGINEERS ESTIMATE $500,000 TO $580,000 This project includes the rehabilitation and resurfacing of approximately 600 linear feet of First Street from Court Street to Spring Street. The improvements include, but are not specifically limited to, tapered planing, asphalt overlay, removal and replacement of curb ramps, curb and gutters and sidewalks, storm system improvements, traffic control, and other miscellaneous items as further shown, described, and indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work shall be physically complete within 40 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. It is anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be issued on April 25, 2022 unless an earlier date is mutually agreed to otherwise. All Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashiers check, or Proposal bond payable to the "Town of Friday Harbor" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount.
