Project Name: Circuit Breaker Changeout Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana Project No: 19-ELT-05 Project Description: Project consists of providing all labor and equipment to remove and replace twelve (12) circuit breakers at seven (7) substations throughout Terrebonne Parish. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set of Bidding Documents shall be issued at the cost of reproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors. This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for ELECTRICAL WORK. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. All other persons requesting plans and specifications shall pay a deposit of $100.00 and shall be refunded the remainder from the cost of reproduction ($50.00), upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition within ten (10) days from the bid date. The cost of mailing, if required, shall be billed separately for an additional non-refundable $15.00 charge. The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with Louisiana State Bid Law.
