The work consists of debris removal from designated channel areas of Bayou Terrebonne, St. Louis Canal, and Bayou Black. Debris removal shall consist of the disposal of trees, logs, stumps, brush, rubbish, debris, and other items according to design specifications and plans. Bids must be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form furnished with the Bidding Documents. A single set of Bidding Documents shall be issued at the cost of reproduction to contractors who are licensed by the Licensing Board of Contractors. This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for Heavy Construction. Bidding Documents for this Project are on file in the office of the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government, Purchasing Division, 301 Plant Road, Houma, Louisiana. This Project shall require a Louisiana Contractors license number for Heavy Construction. Bidder questions must be submitted via email to Melanie Caillouet, P.E. mcaillouet@ascellc.com and Jeremy Perkins, E.I. jperkins@ascellc. com no later than Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, by 5:30 PM The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with Louisiana State Bid Law.
