Renovation of an educational facility in Houma, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Security Renovations Coteau-Bayou Blue Elementary School. All of the work required shall be completed within 150 calendar days from the written Notice to Proceed, subject to milestone phase completion deadlines identified in the Project Manual or written approved Change Orders. Bids shall be accepted only from Contractors who are licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2164 for the classification of BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. Bid Security in an amount equal to not less than FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the Bid Amount. Bid Security shall be a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond (Money Orders or Letters of Credit will not be accepted) made payable to the TERREBONNE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD. Bid Bond shall be accompanied with Power of Attorney. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for at least FORTY-FIVE (45) calendar days, except under the provision of La. R.S. 38:2214. The Lowest qualified bid will be the one determined to offer the best advantage to the Terrebonne Parish School Board. The TERREBONNE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD, to the extent permitted by State and Federal Laws and Regulations, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/Proposals for just cause.
