For Well No. 3 Manganese Removal The Project consists of installing a 4-cell pressure filter in the existing Well No. 3 well house. The well house will be remodeled to accommodate the new filter. The bid proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid price, payable to the Village of Grantsburg, as a guarantee that the bidder, if bid is accepted, will execute and file the proper contract and 100 percent performance and payment bonds within 15 days after the Notice of Award. The Work will be substantially completed on or before June 30, 2021, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before July 30, 2021.
