Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Casselberry, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work specified in the "Scope of Services" generally consists of the renovation of Lift Station 31 including all site improvements and restoration following construction, including, but not limited to, demolish and remove all pumps, cables, guide rails, riser pipes, ductile iron piping, check valves, plug valves, base elbows, base plates, and rack from the existing Lift Station 31; furnish and install a new duplex submersible pump station, precast concrete wet well, control panel, assorted valves, assorted piping, emergency generator, fuel tank, and associated appurtenances as depicted in the contract document; rehabilitate existing wet well and convert to a manhole with a new liner; salvage and transport to City (at site to be determined) the existing emergency generator and above ground fuel tank. All temporary facilities shall be provided as required to allow continuous operation of the lift station during all phases of construction, start-up, testing, and training of City staff. After completion of new Lift Station 31 and conversion of existing wet well to manhole; restore site landscaping, irrigation, and any other affected facilities and provide as-built documents and O&M manuals to City.
