As of February 23, 2022, construction has not started. The project is till in the preconstruction phase. PROJECT: City of Casselberry PW 2111 Lake Concord Park - Art House Expansion Early Steel Package Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving the City of Casselberry in the construction of Lake Concord Park Art House Expansion. Vendor Material Subcontractor bids are being solicited to complete the work as described below. The project scope of work includes, but not limited to the following: Furnish and install complete the structural steel joists and girders, steel columns, base plates w/ anchor bolts and templates, joist seats, steel rods w/ clevises, stiffeners, threaded bolts w/ nuts, uplift bridging, x-bracing angle, vented metal corrugated roof decking, L-angles/brackets, cap plates, stabilizer plates, shop drawings, freight, and all accessories pertaining to the structural steel components within the Contract Documents. All equipment, labor, tools, and accessories required for a complete installation shall be included. The RFI deadline is September 24, 2021. Please submit RFIs to comest@whartonsmith.com. Do not contact the Architect or Owner for information on this project.
