Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the construction of a two-story above grade educational facility.

Subcontractor bids are being solicited by DACG, Inc., the Construction Manager for Seminole County Public Schools. We are soliciting pre-qualified subcontractors for demolition, civil-sitework, hardscape, landscape and irrigation, concrete, masonry with brick veneer, structural and misc. steel work, architectural millwork and cabinets, damp-proofing, waterproofing, caulking, roofing, doors, frames and hardware, windows, storefront glazing systems, louvers, cement plaster, drywall, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings and wall panels, resilient and carpet flooring, rubber flooring, painting, toilet accessories and partitions, display units, signage, lockers, fire extinguishers and cabinets, residential appliances, food service equipment, projection screens, stage curtains, window blinds, elevators, fire suppression systems, plumbing, HVAC chilled water systems, electrical and low-voltage systems. This project generally consists of a new 2-story building, new 1-story building along with associated site and demolition work.
