Seminole County seeks a qualified stucco contractor to remove and replace the failed sections of shell dash stucco on the rear privacy wall at the Central Branch Library. The library is located at 215 Oxford Rd., Casselberry, FL. The contractor will remove the failed stucco down to the original CMU, pressure wash all areas, install new stucco stops and corner bead as needed, apply a bonding agent to the wall prior to applying a new scratch coat and then apply a finish coat with shells to match the existing finish as closely as possible. Once the work has been completed, the contractor will remove and discard all debris associated with the work and leave the premises as found. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring measurements for accuracy, but as a rough figure, it is approximately 1,600 SQFT of wall area.
