Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Genesee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of April 20, 2021, the award amount is $346,722.25. Furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the following items in the approximate quantities indicated: Quantity Item 80 SY Remove Concrete Driveway/Walk 15,575 LF Aggregate Shoulders and Drives 100 SY Mill Existing Pavement and Remove Material 1,875 TN HMA Pavement 5 LT 58-28 S 2,050 TN Asphalt Surface - Level Layer 3,800 SY Miscellaneous HMA Patching (Mill and Replace). Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH(R)) dated February 2021. Digital image copies of the Bidding Documents are available at electronically for a fee of $30. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No pre-Bid conference will be held. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. The Town of Genesee Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Town of Genesee.
