Renovation of a residential development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Furnish labor, materials and services necessary to remove existing furnace and install new furnace and central air conditioning unit at 3537 North 9th Street, as per the following scope: -Contractor to determine appropriate BTU size of furnace, 92% high efficiency. Make/Model of furnace: -Include new plenums and duct runs as needed. -Install a new thermostat, Honeywell Set Back or equal, non-battery operated, on first floor in a central location. Thermostat to work for both heat and A/C. -Furnace to have exterior filter rack that can be easily removed and reinstalled. -All heating equipment is to be installed according to manufacturer's recommendations and per applicable codes. -Furnace to be wired on a dedicated service. -All electrical connections to be completed by contractor. -System to be balanced for equal service throughout. -Furnace must be elevated 8" of fthe floor. -Contractor to remove all debris from property after work is completed. -Contractor to leave existing furnace on site for removal by HACM staff. Work shall commence within 5 business days ofaward ofcontract. Work shall be completed within 10 days of start date.
