(As of 09/25/2023). 1700-1799 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, FL. 33401 Contractor shall furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary to perform the improvements at the City of West Palm Beach Lift Station 13 (LS 13) site as shown in the construction plans and described in the technical specifications for the Lift Station 13 Improvements project prepared by Kimley-Horn and Associates for the City of West Palm Beach, dated March 2022. This includes the costs for all labor, supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions.
