**As of January 30,2023, project was awarded to Wesslen Construction Inc., awarded amount is $462,256.60.** FUNDING CONTRACT:FHWA #HSIP-000S (577), LA10033 The major items of work for four separate bridges include upgrading of bridge railings, transitions, and end terminals. This project is a Federal Aid project and has a seven percent (7%) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such a contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Stevens County.
